- 2 large organic avocados
- 1+1/4 cup of full-fat organic coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of organic dill
- 1 tablespoon of organic olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of sea salt
- 1/3 cup of organic lime juice (5-6 tablespoons)
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender (I use the Nutribullet), and blend until pureed into a smooth and creamy consistency.
You can use this a salad dressing or vegetable dip! My favorite way to eat it is with carrots. Store in the refrigerator and eat with 1 week.
